What is the best way for a man of 50 or so to attract a woman between 45 and 55 years of age?

Women in this age group seem much more jaded and cynical than younger women. Much of the advice for attracting women seems geared towards younger women... and I find that those methods are effective... but what is it that attracts women in the 45 to 55 age group?
