Replacing Oxygen sensor?

I have a 2002 Isuzu Trooper. I need to replace the Oxygen sensor. Can anyone tell me where it is located? I have replaced sensors on my previous vehicle but never the Oxygen sensor. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
