I got nail polish on my shoes. How do I get it off?

I was able to get it off the rubber and leather parts of the shoe, but the cloth part is proving more difficult. I've tried nail polish remover, but it hasn't helped. Any other solutions would be greatly appreciated. I just bought these white and silver Puma's and the nail polish spots are turquoise so they stand out and I hate to think I've ruined my brand new shoes. Help please, and Thanks So Much!
