When you take your oath of enlistment, does that mean you have to support the President and Congress?

It says that you will obey the orders of the President, but does that mean you have to support them? If I was in the service and I found out that the President or Congress or whoever the hell was supposed to get the troops those SAPI plates to put in their body armor to stop rifle bullets and didn't get those supplies needed to the troops, I'd be throwing a sh!t fit. Why do they always neglect their troops they are sending out to war? They are always giving them the short end of the stick. I'm surprised there hasn't been a military coup to overthrow those incompetent leaders on Capitol Hill and the White House. I'd still obey orders, but I wouldn't support them, because they have their heads so far up their es they don't know what is actually going on on the battlefield.
