How would you describe a stereotypical English person?

We were doing about stereotypes in English today, we were talking about Americans and Australians. Burgers, Skyscrs, Yellow Cabs, Cork Hats and Kangaroos were mentioned a lot. And i know thats very stereotypical... so i was just curious as to how non-british people see us. Thanks!
