How can I reinforce a plaster of paris picture frame?

mix Wolastonite in with the plaster. It is a powerded gl used in the fibergl industry for thickening polyester resin into a putty. It makes the mixture very strong. Use more for thickening, use less for more runny consistency. You can also use "chopped strand" also available from a fibergl supply dealer.
