Do you ever feel like everything is fake?

I've been there before. The best thing to do is realize the distinct advantage you have over those who are stuck in their cycles of destructive insincerity. It may not seem like it on the surface, but with each ping year into adulthood they are learning tougher lessons the hard way. People who are contemplative and considerate can look in from the outside and realize that they can avoid all of that drama by thinking ahead of the curve. You have the power to be one step ahead of those who are just "going with it". Adapt with pride to whatever situation you cannot control, and learn to recognize any that you actually can. The bliss that comes with ignorance is fragile and the crash is hard. Your intelligence and good nature will always be your ace in the hole :-)
