What do you think of what i ate yesterday? advice please.?
hi, im a 16 year old boy, not overweight but i am currently eating more healthily and eating less junk and stuff. For breakfast i had a bowl of bran flakes with semi skimmed milk. for lunch i had a beef peppered pasty type thing. for tea at about 5:30 i ate 2 runny eggs with 3 slices of ered brown bread and later on i had a jacket potato with tuna. i also had about 3 pieces of fruit inbetween and only water to drink. i also did a 40 minutes fairly fast pace walk. should i cut any of that food out and will it help me keep a toned/athletic phisique.
