Should i go to the doctor, or just wait?

In the past year i have had a sinus infection than later on bronchitis. I feel similar to what i did when i was sick, but without the high fever. I don't have a runny nose but i have a really sore throat and am coughing up and did blow out thick bright green phlegm. And my ears are hurting. Plus i feel beat i feel really weak and my body aches. Should i go to the doctor, or just ride it out, am i worrying to much?
