Question about racism at a nightclub?

Ok, to make a long story short. Myself and 3 other female friends went to a nightclub. Myself who is white was with my other friend who is white. We got into the nightclub with no problem. My hispanic and black friend who was following behind us were denied in. When I asked why, the doorman said, "because they need to clean up"! Ok, let me first stress that myself and my other white friend was wearing jeans and a cute blouse. The hispanic and black girl were wearing cute dresses! They were dressed better then we were. So what other then uming racism on the door mans part. So when I wrote an email to the manager of the nightclub about my complaint. I basically told her my story, and told the manager something needs to be done about it such as firing the doorman. I also said that I worked at a news station and if something wasn't done about it I would have this story aired on tv. Well she told me first she was NOT going to fire her employee because she knows he's a professional and honest person, and second, it would be slander if I aired a news story about her allegations of her nightclub having racism. Is this true? So basically there is nothing that can be done here??
