My computer is screwed up!!!?

After installing hot fix to my desk top computer for my brink (because of the "Blue Tint" the computer began to change its contrast and zoom so i uninstalled it hoping it would fix the problem but now when i try to play any one of my computer games the game stop loading and says that the disk drive isn't up to date even though it was just working!! i just restarted the computer and now the games wont even load there is also a problem with contrast and the zoom feature is stilled screwed up. Any advice?
