I NEED TO FIND OUT ABOUT A PILL THAT WAS FOUND IN MY HOUSE ,AND I HAVE THREE KIDS.?

On the front of the pill it says:SEARLE with the numbers 1421.The pill is kinda spilt in half.There is another little pill insde,with no words at all.Now on the back of the pill :Its got capitol A's surronding the number 75.There are four A's,one on top,bottom,and on each side.Please help me if at all possible.Thank you
