I NEED A NEW POWER SUPPLY BUT...............?

I think PSU should work: a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703016" rel="nofollow"http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as…/a since it's suppose to be built to fit Dells, but I'm not sure if the main power connector will work with your motherboard, but you can just count the pins it has, it should be located on the left mid or upper part of the motherboard.
