How do you know if she still has feelings for you?

So I knew this girl she and I had a great friendship until we it went flaky. So we haven't had that same friendship over months, we don't talk or hangout like we used to.. so I have this other girl who I have a platonic relationship with. So her and her friends think I'm dating her, but I'm not. Recently she came to our big event and we danced one time, so my old friend seen us and after that she kept looking over, but when I look back she would look away quickly. So after that she went to the restroom and my friends wife was there and told me that she was crying.. It breaks my heart too know this.. I do love her, but I don't want to look like a fool to put myself out for her again.. So should I give her another try??
